Not your standard 411 (I think). See below. No reviews or info that I can scare up.

I'm pretty sure this provider has been around for a while, but I'll be damned if I can remember her moniker from previous years. I've tried the standard forensics (Google search on phone #, tin-eye searches, scrolling through the review sites, etc.) but am coming up dry.

So I thought I'd go old-school with a question to the collective memory and resourcefulness of the board. Anyone remember who Scarlett used to be known as? And info on her (or sources for the same)?

Just as an aside, two TER profiles does happen. I had/still have two for reasons unknown. I think they resolved this after I contacted them, but I have no idea why there were two for the same name in the first place lol.
