A 44DD chest is fairly big woman. The 44 is around the ribcage (and has nothing to do with breast size), so if you see that advertised you're not going to get a slender lady.

I am curious as to what exactly your definition of this is though. It is more likely that a heavier woman will likely have bigger breasts(If you have seen My 600lb Life you know its not always true).

I can comfortably say that I am overweight, but my boob to fat ratio is a little off. I have a waist that is more narrow than my hips and a muffin top :/ Does that fall in the category of too fat?

I have seen women who would be considered skinny by most who have large tits. Its like the only body fat in there body went to there tits. I also have seen women who would be considered large by 2big who have little bitty tits. I think that the size of ones tits has more to do with heredity than anything else. Of course weight gain or loss will play into the equation of tit size. I cant get over the ladies who see a woman with big tits and immediatley accuse her of having fake tits. The bottom line is this, big women can have big or little tits, small women can have big or little tits. I like tits and will play with them all. my 2 cents worth.
