Thanks.....those numbers don't give any indication they are 'clickable' unlike the name of the reviewer.

I go to the reviews page and click on several providers. The only information is an age, usually 20. There are mentions of reviews but only numerical ratings and the link only takes you back to the reviewer and a list of their reviews (again you can't get to a review). I signed up thinking that would make it different but no. I even changed browsers to Firefox from Chrome and still can't see anything. I must be doing something wrong as I've seen a lot of issues posted here but none about not being able to see reviews. Thank you community for any advice.
