  1. No, Mr Owl, i think you maybe missed that the sources of my headaches from that site are, in fact, two different people. [Snip} But i digress, and apologize for the confusing nature of my op. I understand how you would have just naturally assumed that he actually had an appt with me. I mean, how freakin odd (and frighteningly vindictive) is it for a person to write a review filled with potentially damaging lies of someone he NEVER SAW just to get back at someone ELSE?? WHO DOES THAT???
  2. No, Mr. Owl, i have NEVER seen this toilet scum EVER in my professional context. EVER. I wouldn't have crossed the street to piss on him if he were on fire BEFORE he launched this online slander campaign. No, this is ALL COMPLETELY FAKE - the alleged appointment, the supposed recreational activities in which we're (self & bf) accused of participating, the horrible things he claims I've done to my own body, the victimizing of MY OWN clients......the entire post is pure science fiction. I'm wondering just how much credence people give to that site. Thank you for the advice, and those wheels are already turning..... You are a wise owl.
  3. Ok, so there is an ongoing dispute between my bf and his former business associate, who just happens to be a vindictive, oozing, infected sore from hell. A true vomitous mass of human nuclear waste whose scandalous, fraudulent and swindling business practices led to said bf parting ways with him both professionally and personally. This gave rise to him deciding to take action against ME and he posted fraudulent fake reviews on a review/ad site that apparently does NO verification as to the validity of the "reviews" it will post. I've contacted the admin via their online contact form informing them that I've NEVER seen this person AT ALL and it is just a personal UNRELATED vendetta be has decided to launch. Additionally, there is ANOTHER fake review i had also taken the same ineffective approach toward removing, and it remains there as well. This one was in retaliation to my rebuttal of his review on THIS site. He posted another review for an appt SUPPOSEDLY having taken place on a LATER date than the appt he reviewed on TOB. Now, if anyone with two brain cells to rub together reads my rebuttal, it's quite clear that the possibility of my EVER entertaining the idea of allowing him to darken my doorway again is lmfao laughable. So my question is how to get these fake reviews removed if there exists a way to do so. If not, do i have any legal recourse as far as that website is concerned? (...and ordinarily i am loathe to take the litigious route, but that site has to be stopped)
  4. Why "freebies" are not the norm..........

I once had a SO try to manufacture a talking point for himself during an argument and accuse me of fucking him over by giving away free sessions. To such a preposterous notion I could not/cannot reply emphatically enough: GIVING A FREEBIE WOULD NOT ONLY FUCK YOU OVER (as per the agreement and understanding of that - now defunct - relationship) BUT, MORE IMPORTANTLY, IT FUCKS ME OVER!! I'M NOT DOWN WITH THAT, SO YOU CAN PUT YOUR WORRIES TO REST. What's that saying...why pay for a gallon of milk when they're giving away free samples?
  5. Ladies BEWARE...

http://www.rawstory.com/2017/04/stealthing-everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-disturbing-sex-trend/ Idk if this has been discussed elsewhere or previously on TOB, but... It still BLOWS MY MIND that there are human beings depraved enough to think this is fun, whatever the motivation. You know, I have said this many times (and Lord knows I was no choir angel before I began working) but something in my brain just switched the moment I posted my very first ad, and I have never looked back since: THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A "5 SECONDS OF OOOOOHHH YEAH!" WORTH THE PEACE OF MIND I GO TO BED AND WAKE UP WITH EACH AND EVERY MORNING MAINTAINING AN UNYIELDING ADHERENCE TO MY SAFETY POLICIES. Play SAFE or get out the game, cause you're fucking with people's actual LIVES. I mean, this shit is Nazi-level selfishness.
  6. Question about time and minutes

I am, first off, going to preface this with the following: in no way is this a referendum on the business practices of others, on how others' days are scheduled, or the importance others might place on their time vs the importance of leeway for shower time I may be in the minority here, but as a provider I have chosen to ALWAYS give deference to hygiene and cleanliness over squabbling over a few lousy minutes. Additionally, I choose not to schedule appointments in such a manner that a 10-15 minute shower will really affect much of anything. I also know that, for myself, I feel free to shine and know the sexy will just drip from my fingertips when I am confident in my appearance and hygiene, so I can only assume my (thoughtful) male counterparts are like-minded. And when things already run the risk of being initially awkward and a bit clumsy for some, the opportunity to mitigate even some of that "situational weirdness" is a welcome one, in my opinion. Again, this is not meant to disparage any of the other ladies out there whose practices do not mirror mine, but merely to communicate my personal preferences. e
  7. Blacklisted?

[snip] I actually saw a client who had been blacklisted before, but that was because the listing had no tags and no description. It was just a phone number with no helpful information. Moreover, he and I had spoken several times and established a rapport. He has turned out to be one of my most respectful and personable clients. Again, I do not make a habit of booking the blacklisted, nor would I so advise, but it was indeed a judgment call.
  8. Ladies: ever have a caller ask if...?

Pejo - i HOPE i get responses from you men! I try to take all perspectives into account when making a judgement call in dealing with interpersonal situations such as these, but I am aware of the possibility of there being points of view I had not yet considered. Better to be fair and just in my actions then too quick to act; or worse, dogmatic in adherence to an ill-informed ideology. That's just my opinion, anyway...
  9. Ladies: ever have a caller ask if...?

Ok, the other night i got a very annoying call that really weirded me out after thinking about it some more. A man called and said he found my ad on a website called Big City. I have never even heard of this site and told him as much, but i continued on with the call. Then, as though taken aback by my not having heard of this Big City, he started asking lots of questions like, "Well, is this a scam? Is this site using fake information?" to which i really had no answer. I asked him what kind of site it is and he basically said it's a dating site, more or less. So i told him i do have an ad, but have never listed myself or ever filled out any dating profile on any dating site anywhere. He then asked me lots of very oddly specific questions about where my ad IS listed, and what section, what i do, then said, "well, what do i do here?" Needless to say, i answered none of his very nosey questions except for telling him on what website my ad can be found. After his persistent questions as to what section he should look in, i got creeped out and said i had to go. Is it just me, or is it extremely peculiar for someone to call an advertised phone number and have absolutely no idea "what to do" or "how to proceed" with the very same phone call placed by the caller himself! Pretty sure if he were to have called a sushi restaurant and said "gee, i really don't understand what I'm supposed to do here. How should i proceed with this phone call?" sometime would have said, "look here, i can't hold your hand through your phone call experience. I suggest you figure out what you want to do and proceed accordingly...and only once you know HOW to contact people by phone should you be doing so." . I will say that had he just been confused I'd have thought nothing of it. But it was his relentless badgering about my specific ad, and if I'm not dating then what is the ad for, and where should he go to find the ad, and what do i do, and what am i doing, and what is the ad for...i got a funky LE vibe from the whole thing, almost.
  10. update on Valentina

Hi, Valentina here. I originally attempted to post a reply to this, but apparently it did not fall within posting guidelines. So I sent a pm to the op explaining the reason for the name change, and would be happy to do the same for anyone who needs a little more clarification... Enjoy your day! Ciao
