  1. Friends

Good. One thing to remember. Don't post after you've had too many.
  2. New to the hobby and to the boards.

I'm not sure but it just might depend on what the meaning of the word "is" is.
  3. 411 Catalina

Pvt69, See what I mean? In this case, you might be lucky. If you are referring to the Catalina whose been posting recently on EscortBoards.net, just click the link in her ad to her reviews. There are 16 reviews in the TOB database - all less than two years old. 15 rated her as Fantastic and one rated her Very Good. I have never met her and I do not want to be called a Shill (yet another sin on this board) but in my opinion, that's about as good as it gets. Next step. Are you versed in the proper etiquette for interacting with the ladies? If not, spend some time studying it *before* contacting her. Again, I wish you luck.
  4. 411 Catalina

Pvt69, I see this is your first post. I do not want to discourage you but don't be surprised if you do not get any useful responses. In fact, you're more likely to get insulted. Here are a few reasons why. 1. You listed the lady's name but no other information - such as a link to an ad or other information so the highly skilled and experienced researchers on this site can figure out to whom you are referring. 2. You showed no signs of having actually done any research yourself. The experts whose help you seek will jump to the unfortunate conclusion that you are lazy and they will be reluctant to help you. Instead, they might ridicule you. Sad but true. 3. It is your very first post and, quite frankly, it's pretty shitty. But do not dispair. Yor can do better. Devote a few hours to reading other's 411 requests on this site. Learn the research methods and tools used by the experts. Gain some experience. Then, grow some thick skin. Contribute to a few threads. Dont overreact to insults you receive. Learn from them. This is a very useful forum. Good luck.
  5. Donation question

When I'm setting up the appointment, I typically ask something like: "Just to avoid any confusion, what is the rate for an hour?" She gives me a number and I go with what she says. Bickering seems like it would be counterproductive. I've never had a problem asking and it makes me feel more comfortable.
  6. The TOB landing page says you have to be 18 to enter - not 21. It says: "Warning! This site contains adult content. If your local laws restrict the viewing of adult content, or if you are under the age of 18 you must leave now by clicking here." The link to enter the site is in the sentence: "By entering this website, you agree you are over 18 years of age and understand the above notice." So what's the problem?
  7. Old members you miss the most

    David Sterns. Remember him?
  8. Man replies to BP ad - gets robbed at gunpoint

The Daily Sentinel article included the name and a photo of the boyfriend the cops think might be in Denver. He is definitely not the guy in the ad you referenced. But thanks for the information.
  9. Man replies to BP ad - gets robbed at gunpoint

I was thinking the same thing but consider two possibilities. Maybe the Sentinel fucked up the story and added a zero. Or maybe the victim inflated the amount. Maybe he saw it as an opportunity to screw the thugs.
  10. This story was on the front page of the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel on 10/23/2014. It is also on their website but a subscription is needed to log in to read it. Here's a synopsis of the article. No, this isn't a joke. On Friday 10/17/2014, a man called a number in an "erotic ad" on BP. A lady gave him her real first name and had him come to a second rate Grand Junction motel for an incall. The man arrived and the lady invited him in. Two armed men wearing Halloween masks and another lady came out of the bathroom. One man pushed the victim down, put a gun to his head, and demanded money. The victim claimed he gave up the $1600 he had on him. The victim saw the ladies leave in a car, called the cops, and give them a description and license number. The cops interviewed motel management and learned that the lady recently rented the room using her real name and car make and license number. The cops caught up with the lady a few days later. She admited to being part of the plan and said her boyfriend cooked it up the day before. The cops researched the phone number in the BP ad and learned that it's registered to the boyfriend. The lady was arrested and bonded out of jail the next day. The cops are looking for the boyfriend - thinking he might be in Denver. The cops are also asking the public for information on the other two crooks. I have two comments. I hope he posts a review and I think he's in the running to win the "Oops! My most embarrassing hobby moment" thread.
  11. Oops! My most embarrassing hobby moment

I once left my hat at a lady's place. Went back the next day and got it.
