The good ones, are good and sucessful for a reason, they listen to their gut feelings. That, and these are intelligent, and savvy women. They know how to research (unbelievably so), insist on screening, and listen to first conversations. I have heard many stories from these ladies about how a first conversation didn't feel right, turned down the appointment, and another girl got hurt.

I was a lurker for many years, even before I called my first provider many many... many years ago. I always found certain terminology, funny. "all activities were preformed with enthusiasm"... I just think that, verbiage, is very funny to me. I know that our providers still want reviews, so I expect no response from the ladies (love you girls), but, gents... doesn't that type of language remind you of some sort of middle management second quarter performance evaluation? "All activities preformed with enthusiasm" ... Jesus! Maybe I'm still a bit of a newbie.

On all honesty, there was some complaining for a couple weeks.

Here's the deal Chrissy, and you already know this, if your dealing with a man that knows how business works, the things/attitudes that you are dealing with are unacceptable. Life is tough and business only makes it harder. If, per chance, you are getting this deplorable attitude from a real life business owner... dump him like last night's sushi leftovers. I'm with you Pink, but Jesus, super tough to do. These providers are worried about, safety, security, visual verification of compensation, and std BS all in of about 2 minutes. Aside from the std shit and not carrying an AR they are literally in a high risk combat area for many moments when an unknown man enters their room. Now, these poor girls have to worry about holding the bills up to the light? I know man, this is just too much. Who would anyone try to scam them? Dispicable douchebags! End of the day, they will win, most of the time. Problem is that thiefs run in packs. These girls are out there by themselves, fighting for their livings. I loved the old days.

I've read the thread, and it seems like the providers parcipitating have a majority and justified and concerned opinion/decisive majority on references. As a part time, if less, hobbyist, I understand and am sympathetic when I think of what you ladies must deal with when trying to secure income and complete security, simultaneously. I have seen Laci F and others (pretty much all old Aspen girls, and more) but I refuse to just text them and say, "hey I saw you 3 years ago"... I'm embarrassed by, at the time not reviewing, and having not kept up with these great ladies. So here is my plan. I will work back up to where I was. I have such a level of respect for the Lacis etc, that I will get my references and reviews up to their standards, again. I just dropped off for a couple of years, and again, don't just want to call and say, "hey, I'm back!". Douche move, and also, I don't think my ego could handle a, "ok, who are you?". I think that most good dudes will do the same. We understand references. On a daily basis alot of us insist on banking, and supplier and contractor references. I think that you providers should insist on references, give them and call out people that don't have them or refuse to parcipitate in the system.
