I have fortunately never been busted while hobbying, however I have dealt with the police in other situations where their lies ended up costing me big time. A lot of money and time ended up wasted for me. They will most definitely do whatever they feel like doing in order to arrest you. Now I'm sure that not all LE are dishonest, but from various stories I have heard, including mtnman's, sorry about that one that is a total crock what they did, and my own personal experiences I feel they are mostly dishonest.

From personal experience it is definitely not automatic. However it is a possibility. You would just have to TOFTT to find out.

I want to thank everyone for the great information I have received by reading these boards for quite some time now. However I have not posted until just a few minutes ago. I have actually had good luck on BP. However I do my due diligence when using it as there is obviously a lot of crap on there.
