Some providers are newbie friendly and will advertise as such. Some won’t mention it and it doesn’t hurt to ask. Biggest thing is your going to have to be open to other screening methods that will take giving out some personal info. If your unsure about that for peace of mind Just stick with well established ladies on this site with good reviews, that shows a hard earned reputation and professionalism that they are not going to waste doing anything with your info, it’s not worth their time or the hassle, it’s just for their protection.

Sorry to hear your having a rough time of it. so an idea occurred to me. Now I'm still a newbie so I may have no idea what I'm talking about, but maybe if you ladies like the idea, perhaps petition TOB to add a new provider only feature, a mini questionnaire that you could fill out after an appointment with a new client that is a TOB member. Was the client on time? If not did he call to let you know? Did the client cancel, did he call to let you know or was it a NCNS? Any rude or disrespectful behavior? When the person wishing to see you shares their references you can open their stats and see if they have a high rate of NCNS or the like, and be able to make a more informed desicion on if you would like to let them make an appiontment, much like the reviews we gentalmen use to chose who we would like to see. I think such a feature would pull more providers to TOB, as it seems to me to be a feature that is desiarable, weed out the repeate offenders that are causeing you ladies issues, and reward hobbies that care about making our appt. ( good stats that put you providers at easy and make it easier to get an appt.) just an idea, and you would need to get TOB on board to make it happen obviously ( doable if it is a paid service on the provider side as it will help keep their paying customers happy and possibly attract new clientel, but less so if it is free and someone is just running the site out of a love for the hobby) what do you all think?

Hey Bella, newbie guys perspective: only been in the hobby a little less then a year, (and this is my first post on here) i have seen 8 providers so far, but only 1 of them multiple times. I ask for references from the recent ones as I think providers feel safer hearing from one of their own rather then other standard screening methods ( and I want anyone i see to feel as comfortable as possible seeing me) i would not be offended if someone did not want to be a reference after a set amount of time, that's only fair. And as for the quality of your service , everyone is looking for something different according to their particular preferances, and I would not take it personally. You can provide world class service and a unique and special connection, and from the love you get on here I can only imagine you do, but that doesn't mean it matches up with everyone's "perfect scenario" and I think that's ok. I wouldn't dream of asking a provider to change how she is or how she provides her service, I just keep looking for someone who is closer to what I want, and I don't think that belittles the time we did spend together.
