no. i'd rather they deal with the unruly so the ruly can use the features. obviously, my complaining to any of those entities will do nothing. i'm voicing my opinion (what you call complaining) because i've paid upfront for multiple years of p411 and it keeps getting worse. removing the activities and now this change makes me wish i hadn't "invested" in something that is becoming less useful instead of better. i'm sure it's better for the owners, but not for this customer.
