  1. This One Is Going To Sting

Recently, I've seen a lot of our lovely ladies talking about the uptick of NCNS men. I for one would never do that. In all of my years playing I haven't done this once. We all have lives and sometimes things come up that we can't control. That's one factor and I get that. This is a given on both sides. This issue is deeper, however I'm thinking..... I for one feel that there's a lot of men that really can't afford to be participating in this hobby anymore that are active in seeking out companionship here none the less. We all have to agree that ASP's are a want and not a need. Most men really want to be with a provider but can't afford them anymore because of inflation, raised rents, the overall raised cost of living. Everyone is hurting for cash for day to day living expenses. Most men have their hands full and can not "pay to play" My suggestion (I'm going to get killed for this) Lower your rates and MAYBE you're businesses might pick back up. Sorry if I made anyone mad, but it's a matter of cash flow and what the average man might afford in disposable income. Make no mistake, for the men here ALL OF THEM this hobby is about disposable income. Not everyone on this board makes 100k plus a year. Love to all of the lovely ladies here. I respect you all 100% Not trying to make anyone angry, just trying to say something the average client is thinking but is too afraid to post. Love to you all.

You're garden is beautiful! Love all of our precocious plants!
  3. Want a better retirement?

I've had the good luck (choices here remember that) to be in a trade Union for over 35 years. All of my health insurance has been funded at 100% Read this. No cost to me, including my whole family. EVER. I have an annuity or as some like to call a 401k funded at 100% at no cost to me. Then I have had a Local Union retirement benefit fully funded at no cost to me. Right now it's worth over $1300 per month. Then I have a NEBF retirement fund at no cost to me. When I retire, I'll be making more money than I'm making right now. My point is this. Employer's keep telling their employees that Unions are a bad thing, You have to pay dues which scares a lot of people a way. Union dues are a small percentage of your take home pay, usually under 5% total and that's correct. Most Unions get their members upwards of 20% back in their pay through collective bargaining It's bad for owners bottom line. Unions support workers. Employer's hate Unions. I support Unions 100% I've lived this my whole life and I'm glad I did.
  4. My wife and I stream a lot of concept...Loved "Black Sails" "Breaking Bad" "Better Call Saul" "Carnival" "Lucifer" "Sopranos" "GOT" "Yellowstone" And MANY others! What's you're favorite? Happy to hear new concept for sure! Blesses to all of you!
  5. Hey, to all on here, I hope you enjoy a very Merry Christmas with all of your family and your friends! Take time to enjoy all of your personal connections and please don't forget about people that are less fortunate than ourselves. They deserve good wishes as love as well. Love to everyone I've met on here. Hope you and your families are happy and safe. Blesses to you all, and hoping you have a chance to get away from work and have a few days to relax and just chill. Me? I'm going to try to do just that. I'll see what happens though! haha No rest for the wicked! For sure! Damn it! Love and positive wishes to you all.

Don't fool yourself. If you were union, you'd have to pay a livable wage and benefits and that'd cut in to all your money you're making. Small business especially lie to their employees. Unions are bad! They'll take money out of your checks! You are laughable to me now. Unions have the best trained skilled workforce in the US. Accredited apprenticeships, college accredited courses. What do you offer?
  7. Want a better retirement?

You see, that's where we differ. You keep trying to compare our net worth and I keep asking how you treat your employees. Nobody is more anti union than a small business owner, nobody. 105 year union contractor versus a 15 year rat contractor. This has become very laughable. Don't get me wrong, you are a very smart person and driven to build a company, I have no doubt! But to call me a grifter is such an insult. You have no idea what my work ethic's are. Not only are we a union shop, but we are an employee owned shop as well and treat our employees very well. When the company does well, we all do well. BTW, I'm getting a new 2024 company supplied truck this Wednesday, gas card, maintenance card too. In case you were wondering. My current 2018 truck is getting too old it seems for me to have any longer.
  8. Want a better retirement?

You want cheap labor plain and simple.
  9. Want a better retirement?

As usual, you won't answer, you replay Rant, rant, rant. Makes me think you don't offer you're employees benefits. Keeping profits for your ratty ass self. Hope you had a nice Mexican vacation. What vacation time do your employees get? Answer with something other than I'm a grifter for once. Or rant, rant, rant. Another hard question you will avoid. Rat.
  10. Merry Christmas to All!

One of the things I love most much is the giving back. Love to help other people that might need some help. Love that. I love my family, but I love helping people wo are less fortunate than all of us. I never forget about them. Ever. Most much? lol is that a thing?
  11. Want a better retirement?

Nice reply from someone that probably does concrete work or some other unskilled trade. The company I work for has been union over 105 years and counting. How long have you been in business County Club? Wondering. Please answer.
  12. Want a better retirement?

Waiting for your answer on this topic.
  13. Want a better retirement?

I get that and thanks for your comment. All of the benefits are included in the negotiated wage package. A very nice deal for our workers. No, there s no such thing as free. All of their benefit's are part of the hourly wage.
  14. Merry Christmas to All!

We all had a very nice time together! Thank you baby girl! Hoping you did as well with your family!
  15. For several years, I've been going to the Wal Mart near me. I never shop there, but a very different story altogether. I take 4 or 500 bucks and pay off the first couple people that have Christmas presents in "Lay Away" I LOVE doing this. I hope some of you might as well. Something we can share with people that might be lacking the means to provide for their children. Love to all of my friends here, you all all special to me. Hoping you all have a very Merry Christmas, you and your families. And hope you remember the people less fortunate than you. I know you will! God bless you all!
  16. Merry Christmas to All!

    You as well baby girl!
  17. Want a better retirement?

It's a negotiated as part of our wage agreement. So no, not as a cost actually but covered in an employees negotiated wages. Unlike non union where they are just fucked out of health insurance and benefits generally. Or if offered benefits, it's coupled with a lower hourly wage. Once again. Our employees make 75 bucks an hour all in. 401K, health insurance, Dental, Vision and Retirement. Can anyone here meet that for their employees that are nonunion? If so, I'm waiting to hear it. No? Crickets. I thought so. I get so sick and tired of employers telling their employees that unions are bad for them. Bad for their bottom line. They don't like to share money for certain.... Truth be told unions are very good for employees. In regard to trade unions, it's very good for the employer's also. The have access to trained and experienced employees that have been though a 5 year training process and can produce to excellent levels. The company I work for has been Union for 105 years and counting. And it's an employee owned company for the last 7 years. What does that tell you? ESOP plans, better health insurance, better retirement. No, nothing comes at a zero level cost. The thought of that is absurd. It's just some companies care about their employees and some don't give a shit. I'm here to stick up for the some that give a shit about their employees, unlike so many that don't care. You are right. Nothing is free. Somethings are worth fighting for. Like a livable wage, and a 40 hour work week and paid holidays. Time and a half over 40 hours of work? Paid time off for bereavement or the birth of a new one. Accrued paid time off because everyone needs a week off here and there? Got it! Taking care of a loved one who is in their last stage of life? Do you really think big business pushed any of these as laws? No, I don't think you are this uneducated. Not at all. It's the party you hate. One guess. I'll give you a hint. It's the party that Votes against it's best interstress all of the time. Year after year. When I was a young man, many YEARS ago, I listened to my employers that told me how very bad unions were. Then I started asking why? The more I asked, the more they told me that they would take away from my take home pay and they would access me money from my take home pay. Which is true, they do that. What my employees didn't tell me is where I would take home a 50% plus pat increase and full benefits, see above. Employers hate unions because they cut into their bottom lone. PERIOD.

He seems to have a very precise understanding of me despite his 82 posts here. That's very laughable to say the least. Another troll. Like the 5,000 other trolls we've had here. He missed your comedy in your last post obviously. I thought it was funny AF!
  19. Want a better retirement?

As usual, when offered a "kind of tough question" and I repeat "kind of tough" you run and hide. That's your MO. This is where you are wrong. Union membership in the US is growing. People want a say in what happens in their jobs, and this scares the shit out of rat employers like you. It cuts into your profits. You have to share and you don't like to share. You don't like that at all. Most European countries have a better cost of living versus us in the US. Access to affordable health insurance, a good retirement. Why? 90% of them belong to a Union. Here in the US 10 to 15% Union. And everyone here bitches about not being able to afford retirement. Me? been in the Union for 30 plus years. I'm going to be happy and FAT in retirement. Good for me. YAY! I made the right choice despite what many employers told me to "be careful of" or, no they will fuck you over. Employers have one thing in mind. Making as much money as they can. Think about that. Making as much money as they can. Paying their employees less because obviously they can do that without a collective bargaining agreement. Bottom line, you you don't give a rat's ass about your employees. And they are uneducated and don't know any better. You will respond with "this is too long and I didn't read it or some other BS. I'm sure. Piss off. You steal from your employees. Above is my previous response that you ignored with one of your piss off responses. For your review of course. One question, how many paid days off do your employees get? Qurious here.
  20. Merry Christmas to All!

You are always the voice of reason here and are the calming person. You are loved by many here for that. Much respect, much love back you. I never take you for granted. I value our friendship inside and outside of our hobby. Hoping you are safe and sound today and tomorrow. Love you!
