A huge loss to rock and especially Southern Rock. I remember being transfixed by "In Memory of Elizabeth Reed" the first time I heard it (Live at Fillmore East). I can only imagine what Dicky and Duane would have sounded like if they were together for more years.

Absolutely correct. Buy now and refinance later, especially as housing continues to increase monthly. Other markets that don't have our growth can delay, but along cities near the I-25 & I-70 corridor, I'd buy sooner than later!

I can't help but think of Jerry Seinfeld when I read the name of this topic. ("What's the deal with hair extensions") I'm neutrel when it comes to hair extensions. I never intentionally touch a provider's hair so if it looks good to the provider, then it's good for me.

I get offers to take equity out all the time to refinance . I am not going to do it and definitely not Without a real source of income. I think the interest rate is still doable, but why tack on higher payments to what I owe already! Property taxes went up and because I am escrowed for insurance and taxes it is not good for me! My May payment will be 200 more a month. 😤 Life is hard enough!

As a girl who always had really long hair once, I started getting blonde and bleaching it, my hair started to fry and fall out and honestly it bothered me for like the first year how short my hair was, and I didn’t even like the way I looked because of it really so I think the girls do extensions to make themselves feel better and you shouldn’t judge them because you don’t know it really bother them. But I myself I’ve never put clippings and will never do extensions because it actually ruins your hair more. -

What you do is buy now and refinance when they go down, it’s a buyers market so take advantage of that, why pay someone’s mortgage

Ughhhhhhhh, these interest rates are driving me crazy. Having GREAT CREDIT use to mean something back in the day ya know. Please bring back the 2.9 mortgage rates or the 2.5 car loan rates. I want a new house and a newer vehicle but I just can't see myself doing it these days. I been trying to wait it out but it isn't looking like the rates are going to drop anytime soon.

I particularly like this little tidbit. Bear mind these are real government documents just declassified and talks about development pf the proposal over 15 YEARS with approval of the program initially in 2008 and formally in 2012. And still the accompanying justification for "ending" the program is totally contradictory between Pentagon and Homeland Security. They STILL can't get their lies straight. Anyway a direct quote: 2. Justification for Need 2) Remote vision, remote communication, and de/re-materialization techniques to observe, communicate, retrieve data, and transfer matter across dimensional and space time barriers will undoubtedly be of an utmost interest if not a top collection priority for adversarial intelligence/security services. Countermeasures against such techniques would also be a collection priority.

NCNSers are, by definition, not professional mongers! They are diffident, can't-make-up-their-mind, afraid-to-pull-the-trigger timewasters! There is a way to avoid them and pique the interest of serious mongers who don't play providers out! A well-thought-out website that spells everything out with an intro page, an etiquette age, a Q&A page, sample reviews, stated rates, a photo spread and a teaser video ... will go a long way in attracting serious clients who are not NCNS timewasters! Cuz, serious, street-smart mongers who know how to connect the dots and separate the wheat from the chaff and who respect a provider's time ... intuitively know that a provider who has such a website is a true professional! And, will only spend their time and $$$ on such. When they make an appointment ... they show up! (I would venture to say the vast majority of providers who have an inordinate amount of NCNSers do not have such a website!)

yup, they need to READ the notes that we write when we request a ride. i usually write what I'm wearing and what I'm standing near. -
when coming around the curve approaching the westin. westin is the right. guy pulled over to the right when he sees the westin. its not a drop off area. theres oncoming speeding traffic. he says this is it and has me get out. i tell him this isnt a drop off, he says yes it is. theres no signage displayed that mentions its a drop off but he thinks it is for some reason. anyone can see where he dropped me off isnt a drop off area at all.

Morally, 100%. I can't seem to find any info on whether Colorado recognizes rape by deception (which is what this would be). She should at least reach out to The Blue Bench for help navigating safe reporting.

very frustrating. especially at the westin. they have no clue where the drop off or pick up is. 5 drivers came to pick me up, not one knew where the westin pick up is. i was still charged each time. they have no clue where arrivals is. my guess is it’s a lack of READING and understanding the signage but folks not reading is no surprise.

i agree this is quite frustrating. i've had the problems at the airport so i decided to take one of the cabs from there because i had no choice, the uber kept taking my money whenever i would request a different driver because the other one didn't know where to pick me up from! just a waste of money. -

Yeah, most of the time that would be absolutely correct!!! I was also very fortunate to have served with several excellent First Sergeant. A good Top, First Shirt, Top Kick, was worth his weight in gold. Just pausing to remember some pretty wild, intense times of my life and the guys who were a big part of those times -
